  • How long does it take to get a reply after we send you a request for quotation?

  • Can you do customized products?

    Yes, we mainly do customized products, we develop and produce products according to the drawings or samples provided by customers.

  • What is the production capacity of your company?

    We have 5 new energy-saving and environment-friendly assembly lines, more than 60 injection machines, and can produce more than 4,000 tons of plastic products per year.

  • How many employees do you have in your company and how many technicians are there?

    There are more than 350 employees in our company, including more than 40 professional technicians and 10 engineers.

  • How does your company guarantee the quality of products?

    First of all, we will have corresponding inspection after each process, and for the final finished products, we will do 100% full inspection according to the customer's requirements and international standards. Then, we have the most advanced and complete top inspection equipment in the industry: spectrum analyzer, CMM, image measuring machine and so on. The above-mentioned equipment can fully ensure to provide customers with high-precision finished plastic parts, and also ensure to meet customers' requirements of physical and chemical properties of materials, non-destructive testing, high-precision geometric dimensional testing and other comprehensive testing requirements.

  • What is the payment method?

    When quoting, we will confirm with you the transaction method, FOB, CIF, CNF or other methods. For mass production, we usually pay 30% in advance, and then pay the balance when we see the bill of lading. Payment method we are mostly T/T, of course, L/C is also acceptable.

  • How do we deliver the goods to our customers?

    Usually we ship by sea, because we are in Ningbo, we are only 159km away from Ningbo port, so it is very convenient to export by sea. Of course, if the customer's goods are more urgent, we can also ship by air, Ningbo airport and Shanghai international airport are very close to us.

  • Where do you mainly export your goods to?

    Our products are mainly exported to more than a dozen countries such as USA, Germany, UK, Korea, Australia, Canada, etc.
